Account Information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a display name. Your password is handled entirely by Firebase Authentication — we never store it.
Game Collection Data. We store the games you scan, search for, and add to your collection or wishlist. This includes UPC codes, BGG IDs, game titles, images (stored as base64 data URLs), and any notes or ratings you add.
Payment Information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe sends us only your payment status (paid/unpaid) and the timestamp of your purchase.
Usage Data. We collect anonymous usage statistics through Firebase to improve the app, such as crash reports and app performance data.
Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality: authenticating you, syncing your game collection across devices, and enabling cloud backup. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Game Hoarder relies on the following services:
Your account and collection data are retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account here or request deletion by contacting pmblemusic@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your authentication credentials, profile, and collection data are permanently removed within 30 days.
Stripe retains payment records as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years). These records cannot be deleted, but they contain only your payment status — not your card details.
Game Hoarder is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Changes will be posted here with an updated date at the top.
For questions about this policy or to request data deletion, email pmblemusic@gmail.com.
